MINUTES OF THE MEETING FOLLOWING AGM
WEDNESDAY, 22nd NOVEMBER 2023 AT 7.00pm

Christmas Tree & Switch on of Lights:
This was discussed. The following points noted:
- Date agreed as 9th/10th December 2023
- Tree: Chris agreed to obtain tree. John to check with Charlie McCrerie regarding transportation. Rae to organise with John Nicol regarding erection of Tree on Saturday, 9th. Scott as usual with Lights, hopefully Gordon Ferguson may also be available on the Saturday.
- Switching on Ceremony: Doreen to email Gwen & Lynn and ask if they are willing to organise Hot Chocolate, Mulled and Mince Pies. Vicky to organise with Rachel and Mhairi re Carol singing etc
Legal and Lease Dispute:
New council members updated on present situation and it was agreed action being taken by our solicitor to continue but council members quite prepared to meet with himself and tenants if this would assist in any way.
Date of Next Meeting:
This to be arranged for early January 2024 unless informal meeting in connection with any of the above is required.
There being no further business the meeting closed with a vote of thanks to the Chair
